Hi!  I am so glad you are here!  I enjoy working with people of all ages on their mental health and life challenges.  I offer a warm, nonjudgmental approach that builds on your strengths. I enjoy exploring and assisting clients with discovering new paths and new ways of thinking.  I also enjoy revisiting old paths and old stories to help clients understand how the roads we have traveled have made us who we are and to make meaning that can help the client in the present.  You are a unique person and you deserve a therapist who will use the best techniques from various theories to meet your needs and interests.  I recognize that getting mental health care services can feel intimidating so I work with my clients to ensure you are comfortable and satisfied throughout the therapeutic process.
